It&amp;rsquo;s the light spectrum. Standard short-wave IR can throw off a lot of blue light or UV radiation. For a fully developed eye, it&amp;rsquo;s one thing, but for an underdeveloped retina? That&amp;rsquo;s a real problem.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
